• All delegates and guests of delegates are required to register and pay
  the registration fee as appropriate for the category.

• Registration entails entry to scientific program and trade exhibition,
  conference material, abstract book, beverage break, lunch and social events.

• Early Bird registration is open from June 1 through July 31.
  It provides for substantially reduced registration fee.

• Registration closes on September 15.

• Onsite registration opens on October 1 at 7:00 AM
  at the Convention Center.

Important Dates
July 31: submission deadline for all Abstracts/ Video CDs.
August 30: submission deadline for full-text of accepted material.
Acceptance for all categories will be intimated by July 26.
Abstract for Paper will be considered for Poster if not accepted as Paper.
Video will be considered for Film Festival if not accepted for Swarup’s Video Session.
