This is to check if anyone has experience with using anti-VEGF for CSCR with sub foveal leaks that cannot be treated with photocoagulation?
PDT would be ideal but has significant financial and other implications..

Attached are the clinical photographs, FFA and OCT of a 55 year old male with symptoms of > 3 years duration. Resolved rapidly after 2 injections of avastin.
